• Anonymous only: we use a random ID to manage subscriptions and understand basic app usage.
• Subscriptions handled privately: Apple processes payments; RevenueCat manages entitlements with an anonymous ID.
• No ads. No cross-app tracking.Data We Store
• On your device (SwiftData): your goals, servings, categories, awards, and settings.
– This stays on your device. If you back up your device (e.g., iCloud), it may be included in that backup.• Anonymous analytics (Mixpanel): a random, app-specific user ID; very simple usage events (e.g., first app open date, finished with Onboarding); and basic technical info (e.g., app version, iOS version, device model).
– Not collected: name, email, contacts, precise location, health records, or photos.
– Used only to improve PlantHabit.• Subscriptions & purchases (Apple + RevenueCat): Apple processes your payment; we don’t receive payment details. RevenueCat uses a random user ID plus purchase metadata (e.g., product IDs, receipt/entitlement status) to display the paywall, validate receipts, and unlock/restore Pro features.
– Not collected by us: your name, email, or Apple ID.• Feature requests (WishKit, optional): if you submit feedback, you may choose to include an email so we can follow up. That’s optional and handled by WishKit. We don’t use it for anything else.How We Use Data
• Run core features (paywall, Pro entitlements, restore purchases).
• Improve the app (understand which features help most, fix issues).
• Support and fraud prevention (validate purchases, prevent abuse).Data Sharing
• We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Apple (App Store), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Mixpanel (anonymous analytics), and WishKit (optional feedback).

• On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Anonymous analytics and subscription metadata are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve PlantHabit, then deleted or aggregated.Your Choices

• The app is free. You can (optionally) choose to subscribe to Pro.What You Get Today
• Full access to the PlantHabit app on your iOS device. Pro users unlock additional features like custom categories, insights and awards.Your Conduct
• Respectful Use: Don’t misuse the app (e.g., spamming, harassing, reverse-engineering).

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Step Chef LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event will 3 Step Chef LLC or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or interruption, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.Limitation of Liability

• 3 Step Chef LLC grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on an Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; Family Sharing and volume-purchasing exceptions apply.Maintenance & Support
• 3 Step Chef LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support services as specified herein or required by law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.Warranty

• You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a U.S. Government embargoed or terrorist-supporting country and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.Governing Law & Venue
• These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms (and the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and 3 Step Chef LLC regarding PlantHabit.Dispute Resolution
